Retirement Clarification

Imperian,

I've heard some concerns that come from a misinterpretation of the previous news post, so I wanted to clarify:

After the changes mentioned in Announce News #3794, we are not DISABLING THE ABILITY TO RETIRE FROM IMPERIAN. We are merely preventing the retirement value of existing characters from changing. NEWLY CREATED characters will not be able to retire, but CHARACTERS THAT EXISTED BEFORE AUGUST 1st will still be able to retire indefinitely, with the value they have on August 1st 2018.

I repeat: You will, if you choose to do so in the future, still be able to retire any character that has a retirement value on August 1st 2018.
