Retirement Changes

I've made a few changes this morning as we prepare transition Imperian.

Here are the ones you will notice for now.

1. The required credit value for characters to retire is now 250 credits.

2. I've reworked some of the calculations for how items work with retirement values. This is so that characters will not have to sell off some items that have no trade-in value. Characters will not have to sell these items to have a retirement value from them.

It is not a huge change for most of you. The change includes items like the gem scepters and hex decks.
