First round of classleads has gone in.

* Abomination hook has a 40 second cooldown.
* Travel timers will only apply within a short period after aggressive PVP actions.
* Deathsight - line added for assists.
* Totems are now channeled again.
* Projects can now have colors.
* Portable alters cannot be used immediately after aggressive actions.
* Lethargy shells have been reduced to 30 seconds
* Elephant carvings cannot be picked up after placement and block for a limited period
* Veil is no more. You should have refunds shortly.
* Engineering now has door closer thingies.
* Trailblazing cloaks cannot be worse than if made with ebonmarrow corpses.
