I've finally had a moment to do some classleads, and so we have some engineer changes.

Singe (721)
===========
This is a new ability in ballistics. It uses the belcher and can be used for bashing or PVP. Syntax SINGE <target>.

Sniper (732)
============
The sniper ability no longer requires you to specify a direction to shoot in the area.

Focus Spacing (683)
===================
The focus spacing ability now automatically applies and gives a damage reduction of 5-20% depending on damage type. An extra +5% is added if on the gyrocopter.

Fastload (812)
==============
Fastload has been moved down to the bottom of the skill list.

Fakeshot (685)
==============
A trickshot that does no damage, but increases your focus.

Stimulate (685)
===============
New ballistics trans skill that increases focus with flintlock use on target.

Medicine (684)
==============
Special engineer-only curing items that cures one random physical or mental affliction on its own timer. Fashioning medicine requires a changing selection of chemicals, and once made the medicine does not last long.


The following classleads for engineer will not be implemented. The reasoning will be added later, but some of it was avoiding changing too much.

AB lists are update, but AB files have not yet been updated.
