Hello Imperian!

We are opening submissions for classleads for the next two weeks, that is from
now until Monday, April 26 (UTC).

I urge everyone to take this opportunity to submit reports, AND comment on
submitted reports. I cannot emphasize enough how beneficial your input is. Just
keep things civil, please!

As usual, you can submit up to five (5) reports. However, I ask that you take
the following into account for this round:

- Keep reports about specific skills, rather than broad mechanics. We already
have a long list of mechanics needing a revamp or tweaks, so it's likely
already part of this.

- DO submit reports about non-combat skills. However, if it's about simple
quality of life things which have no effect on game balance, submit an IDEA
instead, please.

- Consider the big picture when writing reports. Reports should take your
profession into account, but more importantly the overall game and
inter-circle balance.

- Just because someone can kill you easily with a skill may not necessarily
mean it needs to be changed. Consider how your proposed changes would
affect the profession overall.

- Unless absolutely required, avoid reports which solely compare a profession
to another. This is sometimes needed, but typically better reports are
contained to their own profession.

- Keep your reports short and to the point. This helps us go through them more
quickly, and makes it easier for others to comment on.

P.S.: There are a few remaining reports from the last round, which we are
looking into or working on.
