Birds in the Bardosi mountains

Having heard of rumours of a cliff that was the nest of many birds,
Julien, the Sylayan Ornithologist approached Ithaqua for assistance.
Having been warned by Oughata, the Hawkmaster, Draven sent Julien
packing in order to protect what the Hawkmaster termed the 'bird
sanctuary'.

Julien set out into the world and found himself entering Antioch.
Telling them of Ithaqua's refusal to assit him, Kaethi, Diaktoros and
Divanna fronted up to help Julien. Making their way to the Bardosi
Mountains, the group was accosted by Airamaya and Draven, who were there
to defend the mountains. The Antiochians returned to their city, and
decided to explore the mountains without Julien in tow.

Raelyr, armed with a few clues from Julien and a bomb fashioned to
destroy rubble, entered the Bardosi Mountains alone. Making an educated
guess, he set the barrel of blackpowder alight and blew up the rubble
blocking the passage to the Bardosi Cliffs.

Julien's desire to study the birds may have fueled tension between
Ithaqua and Antioch. Antioch striving to help the Ornithologist find the
cliffs only enraged Ithaqua. After years of keeping the cliffs a secret,
both Ithaqua and the Hawkmaster were displeased that their southern
allies would intrude upon their territory and work towards opening the
sanctuary against their wishes.

Penned by my hand on the 25th of Tenebrae, in the year 596 AD.
