An orc assassin pursued the tails of a group of Kinsarmarians as they
returned home after rescuing Scarlette from the clutches of an Ogre
Necromancer. After learning a little from the Necromancer, the
Kinsarmarians chose to reiterate the details known, unknown that an
assassin was listening in. As the assassin was spotted, it ran around
Kinsarmar evading the guards, until the gate was opened.
Unable to gather any more intelligence, the assassin turned to
manipulating the easy minds found across the world. Stating it would
like nothing more to see the end, the assassin preyed on its Scarlette's
fears and was able to milk information out of her. Under the guise of
seeking to learn more information of Miandor and Limiana, Scarlette
informed the assassin as to their specific location.
With knowledge of where to look, an army of the Horde descended onto
Kinsarmar, smashing doors and killing all defenders. As the Horde
stormed through the battlements, Miandor screamed loudly for Limiana to
run as he valiantly slew the orcs that came at him. When the air was
clear and the last ogre was slain across Kinsarmar, it was clear that
the Horde has succeeded in kidnapping Limiana.
As Caliborne, Cyris, Galt, Genviere, Ivellios, Mathiu, Nazarar,
Neralith, Xohln, Zearion and Zexo deliberated within Kinsarmar, the
necromancer ritual begun in the Winde Scrublands. As the ritual became
known and well underway, the allies kept talking. Galt got to the scene
first but he was too late. Krugtha was returned to life with half of his
soul.
Using the monoliths around him, Krugtha summoned forth his personal army
and sent them through the monoliths, attempting to attack the city and
council that had recently thwarted his necromancers.
The allies of Celidon, Khandava and Kinsarmar, worked together to
destroy Krugtha, but, even with half his soul in his body, he was
returned to life again and again by the aide of his necromancers.
Fueling his power to live, it was eventually realised that the orc
necromancers were to be slain first, before Krugtha could no longer be
brought to life.
