Cannibalism at the Kw'aad Family Farm

In the month of Vita, in the year 649 AD, a drunken man named Blandus Kw'aad yelled across the streets of Stavenn claiming to have almost been the victim of cannibalism. After wandering about, he finally came across Kabaal S'Sylistha who took an interest in his bizarre story. He spun the tale of his niece Gamila, from whom he had narrowly escaped, and her plot for talking others into using moonshine to lure Blandus from Trevka into the family cellar. There Gamila lies in wait, craving both meals of blood but especially the flesh of dear Uncle Blandus.

Determined to save a man under the protection of the Empire, Kabaal bravely went in search of Gamila. Upon meeting with the girl, who brazenly sized him up like a large steak on a dinner plate, Kabaal was joined by Zith and after much consultation decided they might employ her and her talents within the Empire. A young cannibal to unleash as a weapon of war was so promising a prospect that Imperator Kari was brought into the discussions. However, Kari wasn't thrilled by the girl's excitement at a third possibility for dinner, nor was she keen on Gamila's apparent mental instability.

Kabaal and Zith were not so quick to judge and struck a deal with Gamila to bring her Uncle Blandus around for dinner in exchange for her service to Stavenn. It seemed Blandus Kw'aad was doomed from the beginning as the two men delivered the meal to Gamila and watched as she ate with satisfaction. Though kept at the Kw'aad Family Farm at the request of her mother Benigna, Gamila was henceforth commissioned to serve Stavenn and to eat her fill of the bodies brought to her. In an ironic twist of fate, Gamila was quite happy when the first body brought to her was none other than the Imperator herself.

Penned by my hand on the 25th of Vita, in the year 649 AD.
