The Bile Cure

Tomas went out wandering, as is his wont, in an attempt to connect with his allies about the progress of his great work. Encountering many disgusting, biliary creatures during his wandering, he eventually encountered Aeorden and Kurayami. Finding the two in active combat with the bilespreaders around Kinsarmar, he set out to work with them to discover a cure to the terrible infestation that was building up within Aeorden's body.

First traveling to the Alchemist, Nicoletto, the small party went looking for a skilled herbalist to help them determine a cure. Nicoletto was unwilling to help, however, as he was disgusted by (and probably, secretly, afraid of) the repulsive creatures. Galt, who had accompanied Aeorden, Tomas, and Kurayami, reminded them that alchemists are experts in things like metals, minerals, and reactions. Determining to find a real herbalist this time, the group went to visit Rythanis.

Rythanis provided Kurayami with a recipe and he was the first to brew a batch of the bitterbrew purgative. Offering the first taste to Aeorden, they discovered that the purgative causes the infected to vomit up the vile larva growing inside of them.

Thus has a cure to the bilespreader infection been discovered and with luck, the infestation will be halted.
