It has been almost a year since the Living Mountain made itself known to the world, after the heated battle between the Patriarch and Matriarch of the asuwan.

The battle of who will win raged on, as twenty-four mortals: Alcuin, Chronus, Ishtar, Calais, Aure, Callisto, Airelle, Katalina, Zith, Arakis, Cordilia, Faleen, Aakrin, Raykel, Ozreas, Kryss, Theophilus, Kiley, Ryax, Siath, Maglust, Seraphyne, Antrax, Talandra, and Cassius, attempted to help Remmington bring Norrix back alive to put his Matriarch, Niall, in her place.

Meanwhile, a mere fifteen mortals: Elrith, Aeyden, Caitryn, Yurii, Skye, Corvo, Ultrix, Mayham, Taiga, Morgoth, Kabok, Nyanko, Lyaewyn, Elizabell, Onaedan, and Cravous did their best to help Erodral bind Norrix to the mountain.

Thankfully, with the help of fifty-one mortals: Aislygn, Sulphius, Luodo, Verexa, Robdela, Glossivel, Julius, Nietos, Simias, Rowynn, Shaun, Glijije, Mikah, Aniketos, Panta, Kalcer, Zachariah, Lytharose, Genviere, Rei, Shaylei, Ayanna, Miichelle, Ulynt, Kliko, Mercer, Audny, Shou, Melodie, Aleutia, Kalina, Mathiaus, Raena, Kanis, Kailynn, Seria, Ellarythn, Tikal, Jebadiah, Alvetta, Zophael, Kanthari, Cahliya, Khizan, Alka, Iroth, Sommnus, Celestine, Amoriel, Xylia, Kunew, and Analyedan, Niall were able to weaken Norrix, thus killing him for good.

With their efforts, eighty-seven mortals tagged the pieces of Melkree, allowing the Mountain to gather her, piece by piece, and restore her to her proper place.

Now the Mountain is at peace, allowing visitors to relax, sit down for a bit of history, or just enjoy the scenery of whichever mountain range the creature decides to call home.
