Charon and Chaken knew it was their time to strike with the soul energy they collected, so they did what the could, calling on the power of the great energy bound to them.

Unfortunately, for them, the energy was not strong enough and was unable to repair the mirror completely. However, it allowed them to at least create a barrier around the mirror, protecting it from the Legion and the Shade.

As a silence bore down upon the Temple and Charon's home, they sit, waiting, hoping, that the mortal race will aid them in keeping the barrier strong.

Quickly rising to the test, Theophilus came to Chaken, seeing what he could do to assist. He then went into the world of both the living and dead to carry out Chaken's wishes. It is then, Theophilus was able to help Chaken strengthen the barrier in hopes to keep the Shade and the Legion at bay.
