Do not fear, the Meteor was brought here by I, Nimtiel, Lord of the Tide. I sought not to destroy Aetherius, but only to bring additional land to make certain tasks that I have been about easier.

While I did my best to minimize the damage to the mainland, Merriwether has created a clockwork life form that she has again lost control of. The flood brought this to light, and the clockwork bunnies have begin to emerge from their burrows.

Revealing this is a great thing that I have done for you, as had the clockwork contraptions been allowed to continue unchecked, the threat would have been that much greater. If you choose to partake in the annihilation of these clockwork menaces, you will find that the rewards will be great.
