Having spent some time resting within the trees of Phoen's grove, Kerial
came down to speak to those gathered. Several times, Kerial spoke, of
the legends of the great Amazon nation of which all tribes spawned. She
spoke tales of a tribe dedicated to mysticism and the preservation of an
ancient weapon known as the Worldweaver. A select few of women, highly
trusted, were permitted to know of Kerial's existance and hear her
tales.
As her stories progressed, those gathered realized an error that much of
Aetherius had made. While the Worldweaver had been destroyed, the
essence of it was not. A powerful weapon in it's right, the
Worldweaver's energy was immense and powerful. While the weapon itself
may have been destroyed, the remaining energy would not have been
A ritual was quickly brought forth, one which detailed the original
creation of the Worldweaver. Those present gathered the items necessary
and travelled to the location of the rift in the north. Knowing the risk
of failure - certain death, they prayed to their Gods, and began.
A light shown above Aetherius, a crimson red light shining around the
area of the northern rift, and the people of Aetherius began to travel
to find the source. The participants of the ritual knew it would not
remain secret for long, and perservered to finish what they had began.
It took much of their energy and combined efforts, however through
preservation and a bit of luck, the ritual finished without any deaths.
When the ritual ended, the energy of the Worldweaver had coalesced into
a new form, Kishnar the Beholder. Taking it quickly, Phoen urged the
others to leave before too many saw what had occured and they departed
to Phoen's grove to rest and recover.
Kerial gave her thanks to Elistia, Occiamara, Mookie, Valaria, and Phoen
for having the courage to attempt such a risk-filled ritual. It was then
that she took Kishnar from Phoen and disappeared into the depths of the
forest, stating that she would place it somewhere safe from the eyes of
man and the untrusted.
