A rascal was cornered this Ultio, in 555 AD, by Kravii, High Commander
of Antioch's Guard after several complaints that he had been wandering
around Antioch hassling its citizenry. As well, it seemed that Bina, the
blind, had tripped over something, and hurt her ankle terribly. The
culprit - a juggler by the name of Lohat - was taken by the Guard to
contemplate his fate. To Kravii's surprise, most citizens asked him to
continue on his path, while others wanted him to build some strength
through back-breaking work, and still others wanted to throw knives at
him, including much of the Guard.

In the end, Antioch decided that Lohat's time in Kinsarmar had to be
appropriately reprimanded, and his precarious juggling had to be put to
an end. Lohat agreed to work in the stables within Antioch, as long as
he was still allowed to entertain in some appropriate manner.

That manner, however, has yet to be decided.
