*cough* Repost of the last one

Written by: Cyrius
Date: Tuesday, September 9th, 2003
Addressed to: Seething Soul, Sietta Yuf'istera

Sietta, part two

Oh, how I've longed for ye
A thirst unfullfilled
A dream unchased
A stone unturned

Gone from me are thee
Beyond my hand's grasp
Below the deep waters
Of life's cruel ocean

How I have loved thee
With all mine heart and soul
To be wrenched away
Turns my bones cold

My heart's flutter stilled
outr fenugreek
apply fenugreek the ice takes hold
My love burns yet
Encased in heartbreak

Oh why, Gods, why
Have You cursed me so?
Was it the gold I took?
Or the lives I stole?

Perhaps my jungle tribe
Broke Thy immortal law
But why me, Ye Gods,
Why have You cursed me so?

Alone in torment,
Mine pain neverending
My one true Love
Not mine for the taking

A Cleric of Ye Divine
I am but mortal skin
Thrashed by words
And skinned by pain

Sietta, forever my love
Standing beside thee
Glimpsing thy form from afar
Cyrius shall watch, and no more

Mine hopes be crushed
outr fenugreek
apply fenugreek thou takest his hand
bedevil sietta there for thou I shall
Cyrius shall dream, and no more

Lonely nights turn
Into lonely sunny days
Mine pentance received
Cyrius shall love, and no more

He shall love and no more
Always love, but no more
One true love, but no more
He shall love, and no more

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Fas, in the year 414 AD.

Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021

Hi folks! This year has been a challenge on many of us, and I can only hope the next year goes by more smoothly. Having said that, we have reached the end of 2020, woo! This was my first not-quite-a-year on Imperian, and it has been a whole learning experience. It has been a bit…
