Once I chose to wield the darkness
It gave me such great power
Yet it took so much from me
left no will but to devour

Then I chose to live in Light
And there I felt at peace
but even then I still felt empty
My mind was still not at ease.

But now I found what it is
to make my heart feel whole
for each time that we embrace
You complete my eager soul

Though our bodies sometime must part
and we must say farewell
Forever do I feel your touch
Always do you make my soul swell

So always do I think of you
and so I shall for all time
And with open arms I'll warm your heart
As long as you are here to warm mine
