Walking alone on this lonesome path of mine,

I've been walking without it ever since the start.

Cries from the heavens, echoes from above,
tears falling from my one and true love.
Why are you crying, my mouth dare to speak,
she stared at me, her feelings she did keep.

What could be done, to prove my love is true,
for my hear slowly cracks, breaking in two.
My eyes slowly leak, my hands gently shake,
is your heart still mine to take?

I cry to the heavens, and proclaim my love,
but the word remained silent, like the stars above.
Is there nothing I can do, to make you happy once more?
I think back to the days, days you were happy before.

You used to smile yet cry, tears filled with joy,
but all those happy days I did just destroy.
All I can do, and all I can say,
Is I love you, and I'll make you happy someday.
