RAWR!

Written by: Cap'n Mookie Iolar Mog, Wild Pup of Asaka
Date: Thursday, May 27th, 2004
Addressed to: Adept of the Shield, Volpe Bharathian Anar

Golden eyes bearing down
Face creased with focused frown
A solid staff held tight
Her jaw set with determined might

The moment drags, two wolves caught in time
A dead-lock second, drawn out in rhyme

The fight is on
Growling
Dust flies
Whistling wood
Humming steel
Together they come

The world around blurs, two wolves caught in time
A ferocious clashing, drawn out rhyme

The blood is spent and the two back off
Exhausted sides turn to a polite cough
"Do you mind?" enquires a man who's bar is now a state
A sly look shared and he becomes the new bait

Don't interrupt the dance of the wolves or you'll surely get bitten
Never drop your guard with the wolves or you'll surely get smitten
Try to understand this poem and you'll surely see
Noone can win a poetry duel quite like me!

Penned by my hand on the 13th of Letum, in the year 435 AD.
