Have I won old friend?

Written by: Cap'n Mookie Iolar Mog, Wild Pup of Asaka

Doesnt time just fly right by
The passing of life to quick for the eye
They grow up so fast, from pup to big
Youth dancing away a merry jig
We all grow old and lose our youth
Our tempers smoothing, no longer uncouth
Yes we get grouchy and snap at the young
Slapping their wrists and lashing with the tongue
But we bestill our red rage
The careless emotion locked away in a cage
That is the theory or so it would seem
So don't take for granted my fool-hardy beam
An old one I might be but just you wait
This toothless grin is not what it seems but a wicked bait
For with a crack of the paw and a slap of wood
Don't you think you can steal my portion of pud
I might not have my teeth in now and so I'll let you pass
Remember my wise wise warning or in your future a sore ass!

(This is to Volpe and Lakessa who both seemed to have lagged behind.
I'll churn out a couple more to cement my position in this three way
duel otherwise keep them coming because I have plenty inspiration to
keep me going for decades ^_^)

Penned by my hand on the 18th of Aequitas, in the year 435 AD.
