I set the mark upon the ground

I beckon to the masses, come make a queue
I'd like a poetry duel with each of you
If you can out write me, beat all I can do
Then I will stop flogging the old battered ewe

I want a bit of fun, not a tourney for gold
I want to see the poetry of the young and the old
I want to colour our land with beauty to behold

So sing and write with me, spill our your heart
