What does it mean to be alone?
Does it mean that I have been abandoned?
Or that I must be apart?
Should I remain companionless?
Perhaps it means to be by myself?
To be forever forsaken?
Maybe to be detached?
Fly life solo?
Or to isolate myself from others
Does it mean I must be lonely?
To remain completely forlorn?
Be stag at events and functions?
Should I always play the hag?
Shall I be cast aside?
Remain a totally forgotten mess?
Will it mean I am jilted?
That I shall be the only one left?
Must I become an outcast?
Live life forever lone?
To be so free and separate?
Perhaps also excluded?
I shall become distant?
Disconnected with the world?
Pushed aside by others?
Living my life from afar?
Be passed up upon?
