Nothing

Written by: Nature's Mystery, Kaelen Eruanna
Date: Friday, April 15th, 2005
Addressed to: Everyone

Was it all just for nothing
Or did we have a good laugh
I never gave up hoping
I could be your other half

I jumped through all the hoops
I never gave up the race
Made my way through all the groups
With a smile right on my face

Then silence was my betrayal
When those words were uttered aloud
You whispered my name so softly.. Kael..
I was just so proud

Then the truth revealed
The silence back once more
My heart just could not heal
This wound that is so raw

I have cried away all my tears
But my heart now is just not working
That race I lost with my fears
Was it all just for nothing

Penned by my hand on the 19th of Artificium, in the year 460 AD.
