The ring has decayed, the anklet has too
Along with the most painful memories of you
Deep in the stillness, half asleep
I cannot deny the long still deep
to see the curl in the corner of your lips
to feel your mouth in the sweetest kiss
to worship the life in your arms and your smile
to feel that everything was all worth while....

The blood pumping warmly through my veins
awakens me completely and emptiness reigns
again in a heart that once adored
in the warmth of day, I freeze once more

Penned by my hand on the 6th of Halitus, in the year 560 AD.
