Toxin ban?

A ban is when someone has trouble getting goods, or at least doesn't get
them with ease. Amusing thing about your ban is that we do get toxins,
and I don't think it's too hard to get them. Moreover, Stavenn gets
toxins everyone else has trouble getting. Quite a show.
