Herb ban

Greetings everyone

Even though the replacement of Inyvon as MoS in antioch was for their
own reasons, and not what we've asked for, our term to end this ban when
he's replaced has been reached.

For this moment, the ban is over for khandava and the arboreals who live
with us and we once again will sell to the citizens of antioch.
