24.1.1 Bound Credits

Bound credits are credits (see HELP CREDITS) that have been bound specifically to your character, and cannot ever be transferred to another character. Credits must be bound to your character before you can use them on lessons or artifacts.

You get bound credits upon gaining certain levels for the first time.
