10.9.2 Creating (and deleting) city positions

The syntax for creating a new position in your city is:

  PROPOSE CREATION OF <position> NAMED <name> IN <org>

Where <position> is one of 'citycouncil' or 'cityminister'.

A city must have at least three and no more than ten positions available for
the Ruling Council.

The syntax for deleting a new position in your city is:

  PROPOSE DELETION OF <position> IN <org>

Where <position> is either the name of a minister position, or the numeric
entry of a Ruling Council position as shown in POLITICS LIST FOR <city>.
