Shouting and Artifact Horns

The ability to SHOUT to the entire world is specifically granted for those who are champions, and those with artifact horns.

The following artifact pieces will create a horn that will grant your character a new shout text (along with the ability to shout!). Each horn has a theme of the shout message. Build one to see what your shout will sound like! Or collect them all!

NOTE: If you have collected all horns, using the SHOUT command will pull from the first horn in your inventory, so you will want to put them away if you choose to use a certain one.
