Brief Mode Speedwalking

I've added a new speedwalking "brief" mode. You can configure it by doing CONFIG SPEEDWALKING BRIEF. It will be on by default for all new characters.

In the brief mode, you will only see the room name of rooms you pass through while speedwalking instead of seeing the full room description.
