Shrine Belief Cost

We've adjusted the daily belief drain for shrines. It was always meant to be there, but it originally was set to the bargin value low price of 10 belief per shrine per day. It now costs 5000 belief per shrine per real life day. We plan to watch this number over time and adjust if it proves problematic.
