Portal coin changes and other stuff.

Portal Coin changes
- There is no longer a DOWN exit to leave the instance. You must enter the command, LEAVE INSTANCE.
- Mobs will now continue to spawn in the instance for the entire 60 minutes.
- After you kill 50, the chest key will appear.
- If you experience any oddities, please BUG them.

We made some changes to the way mobs are generated in some areas. If you notice areas not generating mobs or other similar problems, please BUG it.

Feignwalk will hide your identity in alertness messages now.
