Portal Coin Instances

A few more updates.

1. I forgot to previously mention that instances are mapped now. They will only appear in the in game ascii map.

2. New spawned mobs in instances will scale to your level now. Previously only the first mobs in the instance would.

3. You will no longer get a chest key every time you kill a mob over the first 50 now.
