Quest clean up

I will be doing my best to get through bugs that have been pending in the quests/mobprogs sections. Some may take longer than others, but I am hoping to hammer through the list.

With that said, this is what I fixed this week:

Dez, Bashir, Hayon, and Bela's dialogue has all been updated, the quest should work fine for the bounty.

Niccolo and Lyria have been updated to speak to our Deathknights about Weaponmastery, instead of Brutality.

The Fallen Warriors in Underworld Khandava should count towards all "Kill Khandavan" quests. It should also NOT count towards your Champion Status now.

K'taru, Nor'teki, and the four guardians have been updated.
- Selling mobs to these two should no longer be laggy.
- Their quests and dialogue have been updated.

Sentinels have been added to Kau'lathu as an added bashing mob.

The following mobs between Kau'lathu and Ki'lathu have been placed on spawners:
- Sentinels
- Warriors
- Ravenmasque
- Titricnor
- Ebonmarrows

Any issues with any of these quests/mobs please send me a message directly.

Thank you.

Penned by my hand on the 14th of Aequitas, in the year 113 AM.

Onward to 2021
