Some more changes for you all

Hello, all,

To make your lives a little bit easier while developing your combat abilities, the following commands are now immune to the stupidity and amnesia afflictions: QUEUE, THINK, SETTARGET, ST, CLEARTARGET, SETALIAS, CLEARALIAS, ALIASLIST, AL.
Queue was already immune, but the rest have been added. This change is intended to make scripting a bit easier.

In addition, the following commands have been added to the list of "safe" commands and will not interrupt channeled commands: SETTARGET, ST, SETALIAS.

Onto changes not related to specific commands:
- Fixed 4v4 and 2v2 team re-naming to not always include the team type in the name. Woops!
- "a bucket of fodder" can now be interacted with using the PROMO commands (including trade, buy, and sell)
- For clarity, MONOLITHS and ASPECT POWERS will now always show the number of monoliths impacting you, even if that number is 0.
- HOUSE ROOMS now informs you if an ambient orb is attached to the house, and how many of its messages are used.
- Quite a number of other minor bug and typo fixes.

Dec has also been putting effort into clearing a large number of oustanding Arena bugs, as we see arena usage ramp up a bit in preparation for the Tournament of Champions!

That's all for now!

Penned by my hand on the 3rd of Letum, in the year 114 AM.
