Miscellaneous bug fixes

Hello again! I have a collection of small miscellaneous bug fixes from your bugs, ideas and forum posts.

- Masks and Assembly Crowns/Horns now interact correctly - no longer will your identity be revealed solely by your vanity.
- Crafter's marks are now automatically removed from converted crafting items if you apply an artifact customization to them. They don't have the crafted description anymore, so this didn't make sense.
+ If you have a design that was customized before this change and still has a mark, message me and I'll remove it
- You can no longer paint rooms with the artifact paintbrush while phased. I hope you had your fun while you could!
- Soulmask is no longer considered an aggressive action (as its ability to target other players was removed some time ago).
- You can no longer be forced to attach anything to anything else. This primarily targeted flame sigils, mushroom sigils, and sappingcharges, but also applies to anything else that uses the "attach" command
- The restrictions on mushroom sigils and sappingcharges have been changed slightly. Previously, some crafted items could not be destroyed. Now, all except the heaviest crafted items can be destroyed, even if a flame sigil is attached to them.

Penned by my hand on the 6th of Vita, in the year 57 AM.
