More House Things

1. You can now buy a blackjack table with a dealer.
2. You can now buy a roulette table with an attendant.
3. You do not get the gold from people losing, they are just for fun.
4. You can now purchase chessboards.
5. You can now create and submit flowers to grow in your gardens. (HELP FLOWERS)
6. There are three basic flower types all house owners have access to.
7. You can hire a gardener. Gardeners placed in gardens will allow you to plant 3 flowers per garden.
8. All of these items and mobs be customised with the CUSTOMISE command.
