Leeway Clarification - Cooking and Libations

Hello again!

It slipped my mind while scribing, but the question quickly arose -- leeway is still granted for Cooking and Libations designs, because the sheer volume of patterns that would be required for those tradeskills isn't practical. The previouos post applies to tradeskills other than Cooking and Libations.
