Addressed to: Everyone

[161] New Voice ability: Nartae

[214] New Malignosis ability: Flay (experimental, may require further changes)

[230] Memorise (Trailblazing) will fade after 1 hour if used in an enemy area

[239] New Necromancy ability: Necrosis

[252] Red shards now halve the equilibrium cost of Shard Disrupt, instead of negating it entirely

[286] The Gem of Transmutation artifact can now be used once per hour; the aspect perk upgrade reduces this cooldown to 30 minutes

[286] Reincarnate (all methods) now has a 10 second balance cost

[296] Successfully delivering a toxin now notifies the attacker, if he is in the same room as the target; please note that this notification is shown even if the toxin's effect is shrugged off by some defence (Kaido Immunity, Sabotage Shrug, etc)

[296] Activating the shield defence now displays a standardised room message; some existing messages were altered to reduce duplication

[304] New Beastmastery ability: Move

[312] Convergence (Devotion) can now optionally ignore rites of a specified type or types

[326] New Torment ability: Block

[344] New Malignosis ability: Disrupt

[344] Removed Bloodworms from Malignosis

[344] Blast (Malignosis) now stops blocking bears in adjacent rooms (formerly a bloodworm functionality)

Penned by my hand on the 10th of Ultio, in the year 87 AM.
