Fashion (the "build things" kind, not the fierce kind)

Hello, Imperian!

It is no longer possible to FASHION two different kinds of items at once. Specifically, it's no longer possible to fashion predation darts while fashioning other things (engineering and bowmastery fashion already cleared other fashioning).

This was done to fix an interesting bug caused by reused storage across different fashion types, which caused some odd results.

Unrelated, the following changes:

- It's no longer possible for players to view shardskill trees that are defunct (in general, but this only impacts the defunct Efficiency trees right now).
- Quartz earrings are no longer used in the arena.
