Various Fixes

Here are a few fixes that have happened over the past few days that did not warrant their own post.

- PATH FIND HEARTLANDS will no longer take your to Janus' temple.

- The pet licence should allow you to tame or befriend a second animal while you have one out now.

- Fixed a couple assassin cost problems.

- Adjusted decomposing camel damage slightly.

- You now have to CONFIRM reforming artifact fragments.

- Fixed a problem with quartz earrings working even when deactivated.

- Added CLAN SWAP to the HELP CLANCOMMANDS file. This allows you to reorder clan positions in CLAN LIST.

- Fixed some problems with Warzone and Overrun not spitting out the right mobs.

- Fixed CONFIG CARAVANTELLS.

- Fixed several problems with tipslash behaviour messages.

- Fixed a problem with a fish achievement.
