Changes to Token Artifact Wares

Beginning with the the next in-game year (around the end of September), we will be rotating the token items placed on sale.

Instead of offering all token items, all of the time, we will be selling a selected group of 15 to 20 items. These items will be rotated every in-game year.

We have added the command TOKEN LIST, to show all token items in the game and we have modified TOKEN WARES to only list the items currently for sale.
