We've changed the who colors a little bit to make clear which entities are in character entities and which are out of character entities.

In character entities show up as before on who. They do not have access to and cannot help you with bugs, issues, design approvals, etc. They are there to provide role play and other in character development

Out of character entities are now listed as "Admins" which defaults to bright white on who. These are people like Jeremy, Eoghan, and myself. We are the ones to go to with out of character concerns or questions and generally should not be treated as having an in character role.
