While in Ithaqua, the entity Kavar discovered a thinning in the Rashirmir. This thinning was allowing creatures from the Spiritual realm to pass into the Physical. These apparitions appear mostly harmless at the moment, but people are unsure what this means for the stability of the realms. In fact, just seeing or manipulating these planar creatures has been a problem.

Kavar also discovered the weak places in the Rashirmir may be reinforced with the apparitions, creating a shield or barrier around an individual city or council. This barrier reduces the influence the Spiritual realm can have on that location.

In order to do this, use the command INFUSE SPIRITS while in the area you wish to protect.
