Movement adjustments

I've made some small adjustments to movement. It should be impossible to run out of movement endurance while bashing. Unless you are moving like mad in the area. If this is happening to you, or if you have other concerns, please let me know ASAP.

- New MPS Base Rates:

1-9 : 1 MPS
10-11: 2 MPS
12-13: 3 MPS
14-15: 4 MPS
16+ : 5 MPS

- Fitness Celerity: Endurance is increased from +10 to +20

- Endurance was not showing the right number based on your constitution in some cases. That is fixed.
