Cerise, Inguilding, and Contesting

Cerise may now be used to inguild a newbie into an existing guild. The character must be under level 30 and a citizen of the correct city.

Cerise may also inguild characters of any rank, into a guild with inactive leadership. Again, the character must be a citizen of the correct city.

Finally, guild members under guild rank 3 may now contest guildmasters which have been flagged as inactive.
