This post is going to explain where we are at on the changeover and to help manage expectations.

1. I'm not going to load the code until tomorrow morning, my time. It will be around 8:00 AM PST (15:00 GMT), give or take an hour or two. The reason being that I don't want to load something this big without being able to monitor it for several hours. The potential bugs are huge.

2. All player credit generation code will be in place. I'm not initially starting the org credit generation as some people messaged me some concerns that were sitting in the back of my head as well. I need to think out some potential problems a bit more, but I'll have something in soon.

3. I'm adding in some additional drops for caravans and spawnwaves which will include tokens and some other promo items. Eventually, we will get all old promo items in place or remove them from the game.

4. We are going to leave credit sales on for people who really want to make purchases. I was semi-surprised as the number of people who want to keep memberships running and would like the option to buy credits still. While I don't expect a large number of purchases from this, it will help us maintain services. Imperian will probably not participate in general promotions anymore. Particularly promotions that would require new items.

5. It should take an hour or two of play time to generate your daily credits. If you find ways to get all of your credits in 5 minutes on a regular basis, please let me know. That is a bug and not intended.
