Upon beginning a project to explore the numerous caverns of Celidon
Council, a group of miners came upon a mysterious and ancient journal.
The author was unknown, but the entries were dated in the years
surrounded 106 AD, the founding of Celidon Council. Risca, the Emeris of
Celidon, was given the journal by a senior miner and read the historical
words to his fellow Council citizens with the help of Rivaidan and
Nyeire.

The journal spoke of lush areas of underground forest, and refreshing
waters that helped heal the body and soul. After much discussion, the
citizen decided to continue excavation with the help of the miner. Risca
lead the miner, followed by Ikitae, Jyan, Kurstalia, and Gabriel. After
exploring several rooms in Celidon Council, the young Huntress, Ikitae,
suggested investigating the stalagtite maze after conversing with
Rivaidan. It was there that the miner unearthed an encrypted stone that
mirrored the words of the journal.

It was Risca who discovered the secret means of entering the long lost
Nature's Resurgence, and Ikitae who managed to find her way back out
into the Council. Though great joy was felt among the citizens at the
discovery, they wonder if they will experience the same problems as
written in the journal. Those selfish souls who wished to use the waters
for their own gain brought about its burial in the years long ago. Will
Celidon Council learn to avoid the same greed? Only time will tell.
