The internal conflicts within Stavenn have intensified. The city guard
was completely destroyed by former citizens and hired mercenaries.
Citizens have been killed without reason and local leadership is in
disarray. The Noctusari and Diavlous seem to be the main bones of
contention, but several factions are vying for power.

This conflict has taken great toll on city morale and local peasants
have been heard discussing their options to put an end to the power
struggle.
