The Stavenn/Noctusari War

The Stavenn/Noctusari War continues to mount with losses on both sides.
Offers for ceasefires and treaties appear to have been turned down.
Disgusted with the guild, the current Imperator has ordered the closure
of the Noctusari Guildhouse.

Related or not, the Saboteur guild has placed a toxin ban on the city of
Stavenn.
