Just a little something I wrote one day, after....oh, say seven years of
not writing any poetry at all. I hear it's going to be published, so I
thought I might as well see what the fine people of Imperian thought of
it.

in the web i hunt
no trust
in the web i brood
can't hope
then the light comes
bringing pain
in the web i hurt
no pause
in the web i breathe
can't stop
now i can learn to see
bringing loss
in the web i weep
no sadness
in the web i learn
can't breathe
now is too late to love
bringing death
